Rajesha M Adiga is a seasoned technology leader with over 23 years of experience in project management and technology. With a background in electrical and electronics engineering, Adiga has developed expertise in VC++, Windows internals, .NET, C#, OPC-UA, OPC Server/Client/Silverlight/WPF/WCF, and Flex. She also has experience in development, verification, and validation. Adiga is a true people person and a leader in project management and technology. She has a strong track record of team and people management, technical guidance and management, and building automation for ATS components. Adiga is accountable for project delivery, performance evaluation, mentoring, motivating, and supplying necessities to teams and projects, including Capex and skills. Currently, Adiga works as the Integrated Control Center Mainline (Centralized traffic control (CTC)) Engineering Group Manager at Alstom. In her role, she manages human resources allocated to the ATS V&V with PMC, defines and implements orientations for ATS V&V department, and manages adequacy between estimated workload and capacity. Adiga also continuously develops the technical and methodological skills of her team by coaching, mentoring, and identifying/allocating the team on training programs based on needs. She ensures that experts in the V&V department are mobilized on key topics for the business, surveys and develops technologies, and promotes expertise within the V&V department in liaison with World Class Engineering. In the past, Adiga has worked as a Product Program Manager at Alstom, where she was responsible for product program management on web applications and online-offline tools for data preparation, safety, and the application of real-time in the railway domain for ETCS and ERTMS specification levels. She reported to the Senior Director for Business Architecture in Online-offline applications and services and was responsible for providing and driving coordination, collaboration, and partnership across all work streams with respect to development centers across the globe. Adiga holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.
